- SOLICITATION ATTACHMENT N00164-17-Q-0177 - RF Foam - FSC 6625 - NAICS 334515 Issue Date: 12 SEPT 2017 Closing Date: 15 SEPT 2017, 2:00PM EST This solicitation is being posted to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/. FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet. Please feel free to use the FBO site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price supply contract in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for RF Foam. Quoters - Please note before preparing your quote, carefully review ALL SECTIONS. The Government intends to award to the responsible contractor whose offer represents the best value for the Government IAW FAR 13.106-2. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes by a responsive quote that consists of all evaluation factors filled out and returned and a signed SF 1449. The following is the anticipated award CLIN structure: CLIN 0001 (Quantity 56) CLIN 0002 (Quantity 486) CLIN 0003 (Quantity 224) CLIN 0004 OPTION: (Quantity 1) CLIN 0005 OPTION: (Quantity 1) CLIN 0006 OPTION: (Quantity 1) Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with delivery F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. The anticipated award is in the estimated amount of $70,070.00. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of the interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offeror's that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. QUOTERS - PLEASE SEE THE FOLLOWING FOR EVALUATION CRITERIA The following Best Value Factors listed will be used to evaluate the Quotes using Low Price Technically Acceptable Evaluation Criteria - ACCEPTABLE - UNACCEPTABLE Criteria: • TECHNICAL APPROACH • PRICE • DELIVERY - Per FAR 52.211-8 Time of Delivery (June 1997) A responsive quotes consists of all evaluation factors filled out and returned and a Signed SF 1449. (All pages returned) To be eligible for award of a Government contract, contractors must be properly registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM).
