- Thank you very much for submitting a proposal in response to the Request for Quotation HSFE02-17-Q-0025/GSA e-Buy Post # RFQ1226112 for Project Management Training Course. Unfortunately your company was not selected to provide the Project Management Training courses for the FEMA Region II offices located in New York. After a best value evaluation based on the criteria in the RFQ, it was determined that Beacon Training Services provided the most favorable proposal. Your proposal demonstrated that your company has all of the capabilities to meet the requirements of the RFQ; however, the vendor selected distinguished itself by including the following key components in their submittal: course delivery would include case studies/exercises on specific Region II scenarios; and Beacon Training Services is pre-approved by PMI to issue participants PDUs upon successful completion of the course. Based on cost analysis, their proposal provides best value as their rates for the Project Management Training Courses are slightly lower.
