- Description
- This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source procurement contract, and is not a request for competitive RFQ. The intends to award to U.S. International Development Consortium, Inc to provide a Japan Operation Support Center (JOSC) modernization project. The contractor was awarded and completed initial Joint Support Center renovattion and modernizaion project that was competed by full and open competition. This requirement should be compatible with the already installed system and configuration of the JOC. Note 1: Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Note 2: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this requirement until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
