- STATEMENT OF WORK 1762 STATEMENT OF WORK 1761 STATEMENT OF WORK 1760 STATEMENT OF WORK 1762 REFERENCES STATEMENT OF WORK 1761 REFERENCES STATEMENT OF WORK 1760 REFERENCES SOURCES SOUGHT: N106-17-004 EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICES THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential small business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of an award. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of the synopsis. Military Sealift Command Guam is seeking a vessel to provide support for Industrial Cleaning and Maintenance of Equipment aboard a Los-Angeles-class submarine. Services should be in accordance with the attached draft Statements of Work. Please note the Statements of Work are only a draft with the intent to survey market capabilities. The final official Statements of Work will be issued with the formal solicitation. Work is to be performed in Naval Base Guam. All Small Businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Certified HUBZone and Certified 8(a) Small Businesses are encouraged to respond. The Government will determine whether, a set-aside acquisition in lieu of full and open competition is in the Government's best interest. The NAICS Code is 811310 with a small business size standard of $7,500,000. Interested parties shall furnish the following minimum information: a)Name of Company; b)Point of Contact, Telephone Number, Address, and e-mail address; c)Small business size status; d)Brief summary of company history relative to similar requirements and/or ability to meet the above requirements; e)Estimated manhour rates or other term cost/price to provide the attached services; f)Latest date of award required in order to meet a completion date of 17 October 2017; and g)Any pertinent questions or concerns. Submission of a capabilities statement is not a prerequisite to any potential future offerings, but participation will assist the Government in tailoring the requirement to be consistent with industry.
