- Questions and Answers - Round 1 Attachment 6 - Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) Attachment 5 - Service Contract Act Wage Determination Attachment 4 - Additional Instructions to Offerors (Revision 1) Attachment 3 - Applicable Provisions and Clauses (Revision 1) Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (Revision 1) Combo Synopsis/Solicitation (Revision 1) Amendment 01 (September 11, 2017) This solicitation is hereby amended as follows: 1. The solicitation period is hereby changed. The new solicitation submission deadline has been extended to 2:00pm, Pacific on Friday, September 22, 2017. 2. The original full-text Synopsis/Solicitation attachment is hereby removed and replaced with Revision 1. This revision reflects the change of the submission deadline and the incorporation of two (2) attachments (see #5 and #6 below). 3. The original Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS), is hereby removed and replaced with Revision 1. This revision corrects Sections 5, 6, and 7 to remove references to the "Tactical Vehicle Program Manager" requirement. Additionally, this revision corrects Section 5, Services Delivery Statement, to reflect tasks applicable to this requirement. 3. The original Attachment 3, Applicable Provisions and Clauses, is hereby removed and replaced with Revision 1. This revision corrects the FAR Clause at 52.222-42, Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires, in order to provide the applicable labor category for this effort. 4. The original Attachment 4, Additional Instructions to Offerors, is hereby removed and replaced with Revision 1. This revision corrects the method of submission to match the full-text description provided on the FBO solicitation (i.e., submit proposals via email; do not use AMRDEC). 5. Attachment 5, Service Contract Act Wage Determination, is hereby incorporated to this solicitation. 6. Attachment 6, Past Performance Questionnaire, is hereby incorporated to this solicitation. 7. Questions and Answers, Round 1 are hereby incorporated to this solicitation. Offerors are reminded to acknowledge this amendment on their Proposal Cover Sheet prior to submitting their proposal.
