Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 04, is conducting a market survey via this source sought notice, and is seeking potential Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB/VOSB) that can provide needs of this requirement. The veteran businesses must be certified in VIP.VetBiz.gov and the small businesses must be registered in SAM. The VA Pittsburgh Health Care Center at 1010 Delafield Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15215, has a requirement for six (6) Stainless Stain Enclosed Food Service Carts, brand name Aladdin Temp Rite or Equal. See the equipment list below. Equipment List: Mechanical Items: ITEM MANUFACTURER MODEL Food Service Cart Aladdin / or Equal ET20A6 Salient Characteristic Non insulated food service transport carts 13 x 21 tray, have a Capacity of 12 to 16 trays, have a Single Door, Opens 270 degrees with Non Locking Latches, and have Removable Tray Slides. Carts must be Stainless Steel construction, have a Handle bumper guard Two Fixed and Two swivel Casters Warranty In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.215-3, Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes This Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes only at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Repsonding: All vendors responding to this sources sought will have to be registered in SAM and certified in the Vip.VetBiz.gov as a SDVOSB or VOSB company. When responding to the sources sought notice, the vendor must provide the name and address of the company, P.O.C. name, telephone number, and email address. Also, vendors will provide DUNS and TAX ID numbers. All replies to this sources sought are to be emailed to JVanne.Yancy@va.gov no later than September 15, 2017 at 4:00pm.
