Description

This is a Sources Sought notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is VA256-17-N-1266_1 and is issued as an (RFI) Request for Information, unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-88. This sources sought notice is a total SDVOSB set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621511 Medical Laboratories and with a small business size standard of $32.5. Network Contracting Office 16 is seeking a vendor to supply the following: Location: Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital 4300 W. Seventh Street Little Rock, AR 72205-5449 Requirement: Autologous Perfusion Services for surgical cases Estimated Hourly overtime rate for surgical cases Late notification or cancellation rate The requirement is to provide a base and four option years. The vendor must be within the area of the hospital to provide the services. Please see the SOW attached to this solicitation for more on this requirement. Please respond to this RFI if you can provide the services listed above. Responses to this notice shall be e-mailed to Vernester.ingram@va.gov. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses are due by 10:00 a.m., Central Standard Time, on Tuesday, September 19, 2017.
