This is a sources sought for Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB/VOSB). The veteran businesses must be certified in VIP.VetBiz.gov and the small businesses must be registered in SAM. The VA Pittsburgh Health Care Center at the University Drive Campus has a requirement for three hundred (300) Light Efficient Design (LED) Bulbs for the parking garage on the facility campus. See the equipment list below. Vendors will have to supply exact products. Equipment List: Mechanical Items: ITEM MANUFACTURER MODEL LED Retrofit Bulbs Light Efficient Design LED-8035E57-A Specification: 60W Enclosed Garage, Low Bay Fixtures 5700K CCT 360 Illumination 120-277 VAC, Non dimmable 50,000 Hours 5 year Warranty Repsonding: All vendors responding to this sources sought will have to be registered in SAM and certified in the VetBiz.gov as a SDVOSB or VOSB company. When responding to the sources sought notice, the vendor must provide the name and address of the company, P.O.C. name, telephone number, and email address. Also, vendors will provide DUNS and TAX ID numbers. All replies to this sources sought are to be emailed to JVanne.Yancy@va.gov no later than September 15, 2017 at 4:00pm.
