Description: RFP Synopsis This requirement will support the FirstNet Testing and Innovation Laboratory. In support of the NPSBN, FirstNet requires 4x4 Butler Matrix devices to conduct lab testing in the FirstNet Testing and Innovation Lab. The 4x4 Butler Matrix will be used to facilitate antenna configuration testing. See attached RFP for additional details.
