Description
The USPFO for California intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Hupp Aerospace to provide the following. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 336412 with a small business size standard of 1500 employees. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6; Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within five (5) calendar days from the date of the publication of this notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement on a brand name or equal basis including submitting specifications for an equal product. Required equipment is: 6 each, HADPMI-1, uh-60a/l 360 Hour PMI Kit; 15 each, HADPMI-2, UH-60A/L 720 Hour PMI Kit; 8 each HKH60M-PMI2, HH60M/UH-60M, 720 Hour PMI Kit; 6 each, HKH6-0-0126, UH-60 48 Month Flight Control Rod Installation; 4 each, HKH60-0126-CK, UH-60 48 Month Service Kit (Includes Flight Control Rod Installation, Cabin Tub Kit (hardward) & Fuel Cell O-Ring Kit); and freight from manufacturer to Fresno, CA 93727.
