A decision on the technical acceptability of each offerors quotations will be made. For those offerors which are determined to be technically acceptable, award will be made to that vendor with the lowest overall price. CONTRACT/PROGRAM BACKGROUND: Contract Number: HC1028-16-P-0225 Contract Type: FFP Incumbent and their size: StiTech, Inc.; SB Method of previous acquisition: Sole Source Maintenance and support is for one year on the following product: StiTech CICS Printer Facility (CPF) Period of Performance (PoP): 1 Oct 2017-30 Sep 2018; additional 4, one-year option periods anticipated: 1 Oct 2018-30 Sep 2019, 1 Oct 2019-30 Sep 2020, 1 Oct 2020-30 Sep 2021, 1 Oct 2021-30 Sep 2022; Delivery: disa.mechanicsburg.eis.mbx.es5-serversw@mail.mil ; Requiring Site: Mechanicsburg, PA REQUIRED CAPABILITIES: The Government requires maintenance for CICS Print Facility (CPF). StiTech SW Maintenance specifically supports five LPARS at the Mechanicsburg location (MQC, MQD, MSL, MSM, and MSQ) on Host 11. The maintenance will support Model IBM z114 2828-B04 and S/N 02-86C87. MIPS: 285 The software OEM, StiTech, currently owns all proprietary rights to the source code and has not released the product source code to any authorized third party vendors to sell, lease or maintain their proprietary software product. The software support is a comercial service for Commercial-Off-The- Shelf (COTS) software.
