Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Brainerd VA Community Outpatient Based Clinic located at, 722 NW 7th Street, Brainerd MN 56401 has a requirement to procure audiology booths to include installation. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed priced sole source purchase order to the Povolny Group located at 1906 Livingston Ave, West St. Paul MN 55118. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339999 and the Business Size Standard is 500. All response received within 3 days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 8:00am CST, September 18, 2017. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
