- FAR CLAUSE 52.212-5 STATEMENT OF WORK Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and IMF, Naval Base Kitsap, Bremerton, Washington has a requirement for Facility Rental for training courses for the period October 1, 2017 - September 30, 2020. The Government will award a firm fixed price/multiple year contract with no pre-established fixed contract prices, based on Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable. Preference shall be given to properties within a 10-mile radius of downtown Bremerton, (PSNS Memorial Plaza Park, 250 1 st Street, Bremerton, WA will be used as the center of radius). SEE THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK FOR FULL REQUIREMENTS. This RFQ is being solicited as a full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 531120, Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Mini-warehouses), with a business size standard of $27.6 million. The Product Service Code Class is X1AB. All vendors submitting a quote shall be registered in the System for Award Management, SAM.gov. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: 1. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; 2. The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and Cage Code or Duns number of the Offeror; 3. Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; 4. Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any, and; 5. Provide a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary. 6. Address technical capability in meeting the requirement per the Statement of Work. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 11:00 A.M. Pacific on September 25, 2017; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable. Telephone inquiries will not be honored. The anticipated award date is on or about September 15, 2017. Contractors are encouraged to register with the FedBizOpps Vendor Notification Service.
