Description

This Requirement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Wilkes Barre VA Medical Center, 1111 East End Blvd., Wilkes Barre PA, 18711 is soliciting quotes under Solicitation number VA244-17-Q-1760 to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision for Chiller HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Repairs. The chillers are York brand models and Bell & Gossett chilled water pumps. The Government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) and award a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the responsible offeror whose offer constitutes the lowest price technically acceptable to the Government using procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 13.5. This acquisition will be 100% set-aside to service disabled veteran owned small business concerns only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561210 Facilities Support Services and Product Service Code (PSC) J055 Main/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment- Plumbing, Heating, and Waste Disposal Equipment. All interested and responsible parties may submit a quote following solicitation release. The solicitation number is VA244-17-Q-1760. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website on or about September 14, 2017. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (http://www.sam.gov) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (http://www.sam.gov). See FAR Clause 52.204-7.
