Description of Services: PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS: The Lexington VA Medical Center Engineering Department, located at 1101 Veterans Drive, Lexington, KY 40502 needs Nitrous Oxide System Testing Services. The Engineering Department needs a contract for one (1) base year + four (4) one-year options. This procurement will be a Small Business (SB) set-aside. The NAICS code is 541380 (Testing Laboratories). The business size standards are $15.0 Million. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpp website on or about September 13th, 2017 This date is subject to change. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) and VetBiz (www.vip.vetbiz.gov)to be eligible for award of a contract.
