One (1) each: 18x36 30P Quick Access Water Tight Door, Part Number: JE268-DQ-03 LH 6-D STL 2. Shipping: (if applicable) 3. Place of performance: CGC EAGLE, 2401 Hawkins Point Rd, Baltimore, MD 21226 4. Required Delivery Date: 3 May 2017 5. Provide your company's DUNS number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/#1 6. It is not anticipated by the Contracting Officer that the number of responses to this RFQ will provide ample responses to warrant a Small Business Set-A-Side, therefore in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(a) this IS NOT A Small Business Set-A-Side. The associated NAICS code is 332999 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. 7. Source selection: The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection process will be used; contract award will be made to a Contractor with the best value resulting from selection of the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price. 8.
