Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Atlantic Charleston, SC 22340 has a requirement for the QTEC SOLUTIONS/QSTAR Management Tool Subscription. This action is to complete market research to determine whether there is adequate interest for this requirement. This notice is only for the purpose of identifying potential small business sources. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to QTEC SOLUTIONS/ for the requirements listed below. The contracting officer will verify the quoter is an authorized reseller or distributor. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Quoters are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. The government will not pay for information received in response to this notice. Responses are due to Houda Maazouzi, Contract Specialist, SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 09/22/2017.The government will accept proposals via email at: houda.maazouzi@navy.mil
