Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit competitive offers. Interested persons may submit proposals, and all eligible proposals received prior to the response date listed on FBO will be considered by the Government. There is no set-aside requirement for this procurement. The NAICS code is 334516 and the size standard is 1000 Employees. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. Only emailed requests received directly from the requester are acceptable. Proposals are due electronically to deborah.sosa@va.gov no later than the response date listed on FBO. Only electronic proposals will be considered. No telephone responses will be accepted. No reimbursement for any costs associated with providing capability statements will be provided by the Government.
