- 52.212-2 17 TON SOW 10 TON SOW 7 TON SOW 3 TON SOW Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and IMF, Naval Base Kitsap, Bremerton, Washington has a requirement for Forklift Rentals for the period October 2017 - May 2018. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract, full and open competition with no pre-established fixed contract prices, based on Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable. SEE THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK FOR FULL REQUIREMENTS. This RFQ is being solicited as unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 532490, Renting or leasing farm tractors, industrial equipment, and industrial trucks, such as forklifts and other material handling equipment, with a business size standard of $32.5 million. The Product Service Code Class is W039. All vendors submitting a quote shall be registered in the System for Award Management, SAM.gov. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: 1. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; 2. The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and Cage Code or Duns number of the Offeror; 3. Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; 4. Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any, and; 5. Provide a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary. 6. Address technical capability in meeting the requirement per the Statement of Work. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 12:00 P.M. Pacific on September 28, 2017; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable. Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to: Angeline.wilson@navy.mil All questions must be submitted in writing to Angeline.wilson@navy.mil by 09:00 A.M. Pacific on September 28, 2017. Telephone inquiries will not be honored. The anticipated award date is on or about September 29, 2017. Contractors are encouraged to register with the FedBizOpps Vendor Notification Service.
