Description
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 17-236-SOL-00037 applies, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. (iv) This requirement is a Total Small Business set-aside and the associated NAICS is 611430 with small business size standard of $11M. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430 with a size standard of $11M. The Indian Health Service (IHS), Division of Acquisition Policy intends to solicit a fixed-priced purchase order to ISBEE (Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise only. See the attached for the detailed scope of work. (vii) The performance period will include one base year and four (1) year option periods.
