- The AMCOM Fleet Management Field Operations Division has a requirement to purchase maintenance services for two Petroleum Oil and Lubricant (POL) distribution systems. The POL delivery system is required to support automotive maintenance for repairs at Fleet Management maintenance facilities in support of TRADOC training units. The contractor shall replace and or repair these systems as needed. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, parts and tools required to accomplish all requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall replace I GRACO rigid nozzle kit, 1 GRACO quick close automatic nozzle, 1 GRACO swivel zee, 1 GRACO repair kit electric SOPS, 2 GRACO Flex hoses 5000 PSI, 1 GRACO metered valve, 1 GRACO trip rod repair kit, 6 GRACO airline lubricator, I GRACO 1050 husky pump, 2 GRACO black knight tank gauges. All parts shall be installed on the government owned POL Delivery systems manufactured by GRACO Inc. Requirement includes on call and bi annual repair and service visits. The resultant contract will be awarded as Firm Fixed Price with the following Period of Performance: 1 base year plus two option years. Anticipated award date is 30 September 2017. Place of performance is: Building 2440 Babcock Road Fort Sill, Oklahoma and Building 813 Macomb Road on Fort Sill, Oklahoma. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Submission Instructions: All offerors are requested to submit electronic technical and price proposal in response to the attached Performance Work Statement (attachment 1). Proposals shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions explained in FAR Part 15, and 52.215-1. Submit your proposal or "no bid reply" to courtney.r.hawkins5.civ@mail.mil no later than Friday 22 September 2017 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST). Any no-bid reply must include a brief statement of why you are unable to perform. Resolution of Issues: The Contracting Officer reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the proposed contract. In such event, offerors shall be notified in writing of the Contracting Officer's decision. This decision is final and conclusive and shall not be subject to the "Disputes" clause or the "Contract Disputes Act". In accordance with FAR 52.215-1, Instructions to Offerors-Competitive Acquisition, the Government intends to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors (except for clarifications as described in FAR 15.306 (a)). However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines them to be necessary.
