Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, NCO20, Alaska Veteran Affairs Healthcare System in accordance with FAR 13.501, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ATS Alaska, Inc. for the following services: The Contract shall provide an software upgrade of the existing Alerton Front end Server from Alerton Envision for Backtalk 3.0 to Alerton Compass 1.5.1 to provide a more efficient and upgradable Building Management System - Alaska Veteran Affairs Healthcare System located at 1201 Muldoon Road, Anchorage, AK 99504. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide this service. Responses must be received no later than 12:00 PM PDT on 19 September 2017. All responses must be emailed to crystal.parris@va.gov.
