This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is for the rental and servicing of in home patient ventilators for the Sioux Falls VAMC. This is a Brand Name or Equal solicitation. Any or equal items must meet or exceed the performance specifications of the brand name items being solicited.
