- SP4703-17-Q-0068 DCAA Award Give Aways Solicitation REFER TO ATTACHED SOLICITATION FOR COMPLETE DETAILS!! INFORMATION 1. The following individuals are designated as points of contact (POC) for purposes of this contract: (a) Contractor POC: To be provided at time of award (b) Contracting POC: Kelly Clements 804-279-1335 kelly.clements@dla.mil (c) Requirements POC: To be provided at time of award 2. Any items found non-compliant will be replaced at the contractor's expense within 60 days of notification from the government of non-compliance. 3. This procurement is being issued as a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS 323113 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This procurement is for award give away items as described in the purchase description attachment. Representational pictures are provided for reference only. Unit prices shall include all associated delivery costs for FOB destination. Multiple awards may be made if determined to be in the best interest of the government. For evaluation purposes only, an evaluation fee of $500.00 per award will be applied. Vendors are not required to quote all items. Award will be made on the basis of lowest price, technically acceptable (LPTA). In order to be determined technically acceptable, quoted products must meet the minimum technical requirements identified. In order to determine if the requirements can be met, product descriptions that address the requirements must be provided with the quote. If the product information is available online, a web address may be provided in lieu of the product description sheet. A government representative(s) will evaluate the information provided to determine if, in his/her opinion, the minimum requirements and intended use of the product(s) is met. The government is not required to research information outside what is provided (product specifications/web address) in order to make the determination. NOTE: For those items the government has already determined to be technically acceptable, product specifications are not required to be submitted. In addition to a price quote and product specifications (technical details and pictures must be included), the following shall be provided: taxpayer identification number (TIN), Dun and Bradstreet number (DUNS), and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code. Companies doing business with the Federal Government are required to use the System for Award Management (SAM). In order to be eligible to receive an award for this requirement, vendors must have an active SAM registration. The website to register, update, or re-activate an account at SAM is https://www.sam.gov. All questions and requests for information regarding this Request for Quote (RFQ) must be received NO LATER THAN close of business two business days prior to the quote due date in order to minimize the need to extend the closing date. FAR Provision 52.212-1 is hereby modified as follows: Delete paragraph (d), Product Samples.
