- Redacted justification for brand name restriction SOLICITATION The 411th Contracting Support Brigade hereby issues the brand name restricted solicitation for Iridium 9505A Phones and accessories. Please reference the attached documents for a copy of the solicitation and redacted justification for brand name restriction. The result of this solitation is a firm-fixed-price purchase order. Quotes are to be submitted on FBO.gov. Fax and mail will not be accepted. If a vendor is unable to provide quotation due to technical reasons, please contact SSG Scott Voigt at scott.w.voigt2.mil@mail.mil Quotes are due no later than 26 SEP 2017 at 1200 AM EST. Quotes received after the required date shall not be evaluated for award. Questions in reference to this solicitation shall be routed through the contract specialist.
