- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FA4620-17-T-A343 Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Maintenance FAIRCHILD AFB 20 September 2017 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-17-T-A328 for UPS maintenance services for the Fairchild AFB JPRA is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. This solicitation has been set aside for 100% Small Business under the NAICS Code of 811219, with a small business size standard of $20.500,000.00.
