- J&A The 142nd Fighter Wing intends to enter into a sole-source procurement action with Advantor Systems Corporation 12612 Challenger Pkwy, Suite 300, Orlando, FL 32826, Cage Code: 1S063, DUNS: 011494957, for the procurement of routine security refresh/updates. The PSC is 6350, NAICS Code is 334290, and Size Standard is 750 employees. The Oregon Air National Guard 142d Security Forces Squadron requires following items will be procured: CLIN 0001 Tech System Refresh Service on Security System ASN V6.2 The authority cited is 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to meet the requirement and objectives as described above. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond by Monday, September 25, 2017, 2:00PM PST. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
