The solicitation intends to do a sole source, noncompetitive action as this is up to an 8 month contract to continue services while the new devices under contract SP7000-17 P-0014 are undergoing ONENET certification, awarding to the incumbent under contract SP7000-13-C-0003, Trident Engineering and Procurement.
