- J&A The 142nd Fighter Wing intends to enter into a sole-source procurement action with Aardvark Tactical Inc. of La Verne, CA for the procurement of X26P series Tasers and accessories. The following items will be procured: CLIN 0001 X26P eXtended Automatic Shut-Down Power Magazine (XAPPM) QTY: 70 Each CLIN 0002 25ft (7.26) XPtm (Extra Penetration) Green Blast Door/Field Use QTY: 200 Each CLIN 0003 Z2/Z26P Dataport Download Kit QTY: 2 Each CLIN 0004 Alligator Clip (Assembled) QTY: 2 Each CLIN 0005 TASER(R) Simulation Training Suit for Scenario Based Training Exercises/New And Improved QTY: 1 Each CLIN 0006 21ft (6.4m)Non-Conductive Simulation Blue/Blue Blast Door/Training Use QTY: 200 Each CLIN 0007 USAF SFS TASER X26P Equipment - RH Holster Only w/Molle LOK QTY: 20 Each CLIN 0008 USAF SFS TASER X26P Equipment - LH Holster Only w/Molle LOK QTY: 15 Each CLIN 0009 USAF SFS TASER X26P Kit - Black Z26P w/XPPM, And Right Hand Holster w/Molle LOK QTY: 35 Each The authority cited is 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to meet the requirement and objectives as described above. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond by Monday, September 25, 2016, 2:00PM PST. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement
