- Description
- The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary for Industrial Waste Disposal Services at U.S. Army Installations in Kanto Area, Japan Note 1 : This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2 : Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. Note 3: Offeors shall posseses valid licenses/permits for collection, transportation and intermediate treatment of industrial waste (Sangyo haikibutsu) for the type of industrial waste below in conformance with Japanese laws as well as other jurisdictional regulations: Waste Plastics (Hai Plastic) Waste Metal (Kinzoku Kuzu) Waste Glass, Concrete and China (Glass Kuzu, Concrete Kuzu oyobi Tojiki Kuzu) Waste ConcreteRubble (Gareki rui) Waste Wood (Kikuzu) Waste Paper (Kami Kuzu) Waste Textile (Seni Kuzu) Note: Those licenses/permits will be rated as a technical acceptability.
