- The purpose of this Amendment 06 to solicitation N0060417Q4048 is for the following: (1) Clarify a question from a vendor regarding the NAVFAC P-307 compliance. This compliance is not required for the vendor to follow when submitting quotes, but it used as a reference. This compliance has been removed from each line item and has been reference in the statement below between CLINS 007-008. (2) Include the verbiage for each line item: The certificate of proof load must state the actual test load and test duration . (3) Include the statement between CLINS 007-008 Each item must be marked with the OEM s name, logo, trademark or other method making it possible to identify the OEM. Locally fabricated rigging gear and miscellaneous equipment shall be marked to indicate it was fabricated by the local activity . Please refer to Attachment 007- Description Of Amendment 06, the changes to this amendment are in RED text. The solicitation closing date and time have also been extended to 3:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time on Thursday 21-September-2017.
