The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 16, is conducting market research to identify potential sources able to provide preventive maintenance and inspections (PMI) services for industrial laundry equipment located at the VA Biloxi VA Medical Center. The facility address is 400 Veterans Ave., Bilox MS 39531. The anticipated NAICS code is 541350 Building Inspection Services. The Government anticipates the solicitation will be issued as a 100% SDVOSB set-aside based on its initial market survey. To identify competitive sources, formulate a procurement strategy and assess current market conditions, the government requests industry feedback with respect to the areas listed below. Any data submitted by and obtained from industry resulting from this notice may be used in development of the final work statement, government cost estimate or terms and conditions of the actual solicitation.
