- Amendment 02 - Extend Close Out Date MFR Procurement of Three (3) Decontamination Trailers Set-aside: 100% Total Small Business Delivery: 30 Days after award for delivery and installation All questions pertaining to this requirement must be submitted on the question form (see attachments) and received no later than 15 September 2017, 2:00 P.M. (CST). Answers will be posted no later than 18 September 2017, 2:00 P.M. (CST). Deadline for receipt of offers: 22 September 2017, 2:00 P.M (CST). Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer Due to the current non-availability of funds, the contracting officer is requesting all quotes be submitted be considered valid until a date no earlier than 31 December 2017.
