- L17PS01026 - Mountain View Road Asphalt Surface Treatment PRE-SOLICIATION ANNOUNCEMENT The Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), California State Office, is soliciting for proposals for the Mountain View Road Asphalt Surface Treatment Project. This project is located approximately 5-miles east of El Mirage, CA in San Bernardino County. One firm-fixed price contract will be awarded based on the Request for Proposals (RFPs) terms and conditions with an estimated start date to be determined. The project is set-aside for small business under competitive procedures. The NAICS code is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction; size standard is $36.5 million. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, facilities, equipment, materials, supplies, and services for sealing the road, crack repair, and pavement markings. The solicitation will be posted no later than October 5, 2017. Please do not ask for additional information pertaining to this opportunity until the solicitation has been posted. Interested bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid site tour to familiarize themselves with site characteristics. The tour is scheduled as follows: Date: October 17, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Location: El Mirage Visitor ™s Center located at 20471 Mt.
