- RFQ Equipment Specs W911RX-17-T-0011 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this RFQ announcement or any follow-up information requests related to this RFQ. This notice does not constitute nor should it be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose other than noted above. The Government anticipates award of a FFP, single award contract. Contract award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor whose quote, conforming to the Request for Quote, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and past performance related factors included in the request for quote (FAR 13). It is the vendor's responsibility to read and understand the entire solicitation package (Solicitation and Attachments) prior to quote submission. All quotes received must be prepared and submitted by email. Electronic submissions via fax will not be accepted. Upon quote period closing, all quotes will be opened and evaluated for lowest price and past performance requirements of the Solicitation. Request For Quote (RFQ) period ends 22 September 2017 @ 4.PM Central Standard Time. No quotes will be accepted after that date and time. NAICS: The Contract to be awarded will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction), with a corresponding Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 million. Set-Aside: This action will be set aside for Total Small Business in accordance with Federal Register 11340, dated 03 March 2016.
