Description

This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for the procurement of Siemens DCA Vantage Reagent cartridges and QC materials compatible with the DCA Vantage analyzer at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, University Drive campus. This analyzer provides the patient s HgbA1c results in a matter of minutes. It is beneficial to the patient to have the HgbA1c result available during their visit with their physician. The contractor must provide reagents and quality control that are compatible with the DCA Vantage analyzer. The reagent cartridges must be provided on a monthly basis. The contractor will provide one lot number of cartridges per month. The quality control materials must be provided quarterly. The Performance Period includes: 1-Year Base Period with Four 1-year Option Periods. This solicitation is Set-aside 100 percent for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses.
