Description

J&A for Everything DiSC This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/ quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 519190; Size Standard $27.5 million; Unrestricted. BRAND NAME specific On-Line Self-Assessment Report is required as follows: (Please see attached justification and approval) 0001 Everything DiSC (a Wiley Brand) On-Line Self-Assessment reports, 2,500 credits each Everything DiSC is a research modeled, workplace centric, personality /self-assessment test that Individuals take and reports result. The self-assessments are accessed through the EPIC on-line system. 0002 Everything DiSC Workplace Profile Facilitator Kits three (3) kits Offerors must be an authorized dealer/reseller of the manufacture. In accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) Soliciting Competition, offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of best value. Best value shall be determined by price and technically capability. All payments are to be paid via the Internet through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system. WAWF may be accessed at https://wawf.eb.mil. WAWF training may be accessed online at http://www/wawftraining.com. Payment information may be accessed using the DFAS website at https://www.dfas.mil.
