- Provisions and clauses Equipment list RFQ The New Hampshire National Guard has a requirement for fitness equipment. See the attached RFQ and Equipment list for requirement specifications as well as the attached provisions and clauses. This is a brand name or equal requirement so 'equal' item quotes must meet the required salient features in order to be considered responsive. 'Equal' items must include spec sheets for a technical review. RFQ closes 9/25/2017 at 10:00 AM EST. There is no RFI deadline for this requirement. All RFIs, clarifications, and responses should be directed to William Cole in writing.
