Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-95-1. Offerors are requested to review the solicitation and any amendments, and submit only written questions/or comment with subject line reference: Questions and/or comments with Subject Line Reference: Questions and/or Comments, PANMCC-17-P-0000-062528 by (your company name). The deadline for the submittal of all questions and/or comments is 20 September 2017 at 2:00 P.M. CST. No questions will be addressed via telephone. Quote shall be received via email at tracy.j.williams19.civ@mail.mil, and salameya.paulouskaya2.civ@mail.mil, no later than 22 September 2017 at 2:00 P.M. CST. This solicitation is open to only authorized CA partners. Please provide agreement letter along with the quote. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES OR SUPPLIES: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center, at Fort Sam Houston, TX, has a requirement for the purchase of Computer Associates Network Flow Analysis NetQOS (CA NetQOS) software license, to support the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC), G-6, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The contractor will provide CA Network Flow Analysis, CA Application Delivery Analysis 10GB Multi-port Monitor, 1Link (2 Port) SR for IM Software Only, CA Application Delivery Analysis 10Gb Multi-port Monitor, 1Link (2 Port) SR for IM Hardware Only and CA Application Delivery Analysis Management Console, and maintenance support. See below for further details. Delivery will be 5 days after contract award. Statement of Work below: 1. GENERAL. This is for a firm fixed supply contract providing Computer Associates Network Flow Analysis licenses with technical support and software assurance for a 12 month base year. 1.1. Description of Services/Introduction: The contractor shall provide software licenses and software assurance support as specified in this SOW. 1.2. Background: U.S. Army Reserve uses Computer Associates Network Flow Analysis software to monitor and manage network and data center services for Army Reserve Network (ARNet). USARC CIO/G-6 centrally operates and maintains ARNet, a large enterprise network with over 700 service points and 90,000 of nodes. G-6 requires a monitoring software that integrates with existing Computer Associates network tools, provides an enterprise-wide view of the network, enhances diagnostics and problem resolution, and gives network administrators the visibility and control required to monitor and manage the performance of ARNet. 1.3. Objectives: The objective of this SOW is to purchase Computer Associates Network Flow Analysis software licenses with software assurance and technical support to ensure ARNet operates optimally in support of Army Reserve training and readiness objectives. 1.4. Scope: USARC CIO/G-6 requires licenses, software assurance, and technical support for existing Computer Associates Network Flow Analysis tools. Services will be obtained through the award of a one year base contract. The contract will include two option years. 1.5. Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance shall be for one base year of 12 months.
