- Guest Listing Function Worksheet (GLFW) Shaw Guest Listing Function Worksheet (GLFW) JB CHS Draft Technical Evaluation Instructions PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT TO PERFORM FENCE-TO-FENCE (F2F) ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES AT JOINT BASE CHARLESTON AND SHAW AFB, SOUTH CAROLINA Draft PWS: A Draft PWS is provided for your information. The Final PWS will be issued with the solicitation estimated in October 2017. Draft Criteria: A draft of the technical evaluation is also provided for your information. Site Visit. A site visit is tentatively scheduled to be held at Joint Base Charleston and Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina on 11 October 2017 from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM and on 12 October 2017 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This will be the only site visit planned for this project. In order to meet time schedules, the Air Force is requesting that companies planning to send a representative to the site visit submit the name of the individual attending. Attendance is limited to one (1) individual per Contractor. Site visit attendees will need to submit information to johanna.mendiola@us.af.mil and christina.blevins.5@us.af.mil on the forms provided for each installation. All information must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM (CT) on 25 September 2017. If the information is not submitted by the required time and date indicated above, your company will not be able to attend the site visit due to security concerns. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. ATTENDANCE AT THIS SITE VISIT IS NOT MANDATORY AND IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF EACH FIRM. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT REIMBURSE PARTICIPATING FIRMS FOR SITE VISIT COSTS.
