- Amendment 1 Amendment 2 Amendment 3 USE THIS DOCUMENT FOR PROPOSAL - AS OF 20 SEP 17 Provide maintenance on the existing fire supression system located at Barnes ANGB, Westfield, MA. The wage determination Wage Determination No.: 2015-4095 Rev 5 Repairs include, but not limited to: Existing fire protection systems lack required maintenance; systems have outdated gauges, leaking valves and lines. Fire pumps must be serviced to ensure proper alignment, packing glands and bearings replaced. Perform the required five (5) year inspection on the sprinkler riser per NFPA 25 Vendor shall provide in their offer: technical and past performance data described in detail in the FAR Clause 52.212-2, Evaluation factors for award Due Date Extended - 3rd time due to late questions and answers. Q & A period is over. The amendment numbers in FBO are not aligned with the amendment documents, this is explained in the attachments. The final amendment includes a synopsis of all documents so far.
