- Wage Rate Determination 2015-4247 Rev.3 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Repair to Bobcat Model no 430 Escavator The work under this contract shall be to pick up and repair a Bobcat Model No. 430 Excavator that was damaged by a fire in the engine compartment. A fire is believed to have originated at or near the alternator and spread throughout the engine compartment. After an inspection by a factory authorized dealership, a variety of parts were identified as being damaged and needing replacement.
