- This is a notice of intent to issue a solicitation for a firm fixed price commercial contract for the delivery of dry ice pellets to Sullivan Memorial Blood Donor Center (SMBC), 9231 2nd Infantry Division Rd. Building 3380, Fort Benning, GA 31905. SMBC requires 20,800 lbs. of ½ inch dry ice pellets to be delivered over the period of one year. 400lbs weekly every Mondays NAICS: 325120 This requirement will be advertised Unrestricted. This requirement will be for a base period and four (4) option years. Listed as follows: Base period: 1 October 2017 - 30 September 2018 Option 1: 1 October 2018- 30 September 2019 Option 2: 1 October 2019 -30 September 2020 Option 3: 1 October 2020 -30 September 2021 Option 4: 1 October 2021 -30 September 2022 The solicitation will be issued on or about September 22, 2017 through the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov with a closing date on or about September 26, 2017.
