- Amendment to Solicitation N62645-17-R-0090 - Extend proposal due date to 2:00 PM Eastern on September 21, 2017. This is a Brand Name Only Requirement. Only Cellular Engineering Technologies (CET) or its authorized distributors are allowed to propose. A redacted J&A is posted along with this solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions.
