- The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Dallas, TX 75247, intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106(b) to Word Systems, Inc., a small business, for six IRecord Systems, including software, and 1-year warranty. This procurement is being conducted under FAR 13 procedures. Word Systems, Inc. is the only known source capable of meeting the Government's requirements for the IRecord System. They are the manufacturer and have no authorized resellers that sell to the Federal market. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. The estimated amount for this acquisition is $21,870.00. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
