- The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), is hereby issuing Amendment 0002 to Solicitation No. E17PS00041 to cancel the solicitation in its entirety. The BSEE has determined that the current solicitation does not accurately reflect the Government's needs due to substantial changes in the Government's requirement and as a result has made the decision to issue a new solicitation in early FY18.
