- Description
- A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-18-R-0049, PR 69550624 was issued to establish a firm fixed price, Definite Quantity Firm Fixed price type contract for NSN 1680-01-037-5611, lever, remote control, P/N: 4050822 Approved sources are KHS Corporation (CAGE 34550), and United Technology (CAGE 952661 and 77455) with AMC/AMSC 1/C. Solicitation is for a total quantity of 363 each. This is an Air Force Critical Safety Item (CSI) as verified on the CSI Data Viewer. This is a critical application item. Export Control applies. Contractor First Article Testing (FAT) requirement. The Delivery Objective is 120 days Submit Test Report days for the Contractor First Article Completed, 60 days ARO for Government Review and Notification to Contract and 352 days delivery of Production Quantity. Terms are stipulated as FOB Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. The requested total delivery would be 532 days. The Solicitation will be Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. Surge is not required. TINA is not required based on dollar threshold. Progress Payment is not authorized.
