- Description of Services: PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS MEDICAL GAS TESTING AND INSPECTION SERVICES. The VHA NCO 09 - Murfreesboro, TN has a requirement for VAMC Memphis, located at 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104. Engineering Service has a requirement for a contractor to provide medical gas testing and inspection services. This procurement will be a Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 541380 Testing Laboratories. The size standard is $15 million. The contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpp websites on about September 20, 2017. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) to be eligible for award of a contract.
