- PR No: 0070741946. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Mount, Viewer to be used on the AH-64E Helicopter and the Patriot Missile System. This solicitation is for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The NSN and quantities are as follows: NSN: 5855-01-451-7389 Type Number: 80063 A3260913 REV E, dated 10/05/2004 Quantity: 2,026 Each Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 120 days ARO. Surge requirements do not apply. Solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A 100% Quantity Option does not apply. The anticipated issue date is on or about October 5, 2017. The anticipated award date is December 1, 2017. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Small Business Subcontracting Plan not required.
