- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912NS-17-Q-1005 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87. This procurement is set aside for small business. The NAICS code is 332999. The following commercial items are requested (meet or exceed) in this solicitation; CLIN 0001: 30,000lb Capacity Yard Ramp, portable on solid rubber tires, double-action hydraulic pump, safety curb height approx. 8" above ramp, and serrated grating or similar for a no slip surface. Name Brand or Equal Bluff 30SYS8436C. QTY: 1 Unit of Measure: EA Delivery Date: Prefer within 30 Days after Contract Award Delivery Location: Nevada, MO 64772 Forklift and loading dock available at delivery location. Basis of Award will be determined on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Vendor must be registered as a small business in SAM.GOV.
